Staff
Executive Director
Justin Barros, a Pawtucket native and graduate of the University of Rhode Island, brings over 15 years of experience working in Public Housing, including 12 years with the Pawtucket Housing Authority. With a strong commitment to community service, Justin takes a innovative and comprehensive approach to leadership-focusing on enhancing the quality of life for residents while ensuring that the operations of the Housing Authority remain effective, efficient, and sustainable. His leadership is driven by a deep connection to his hometown and passion for creating safe, supportive, and thriving communities.
